We know that young people are seeking for a place to belong and want their life to matter. We wholeheartedly believe that if we can train & equip the next generation of leaders with tools, mentorship and an opportunity to step out; we will see transformational young leaders emerging into our communities and work places with a vision to help people.

The DTS includes 12 weeks of transformational teaching that is delivered in a way that is dynamic and practical. A different topic is covered every week, delivered by a variety of experienced speakers, giving you the opportunity to dive deeper in your faith and ask questions about life and purpose.

You will also be placed in a small group to help you further unpack your training with others on a weekly basis. Further to this, you will be matched with a mentor who will catch up with you regularly to check in on your journey.

Every week you will be connected to our City Impact program where you will practically reach out into the community with our team to meet people and meet needs. We offer Free Sausage Sizzles, Free Sporting Events on the beach, Free live music & food events where we reach out to people and have conversations about life. This is a practical learning tool that builds confidence in our young people and helps them to practically engage with their community.

To help you further apply and process what you are learning, you will also be required to complete homework and assessments.

This is so much more than just a course – you will have the opportunity to be connected into a dynamic community and do life with others in a very real and personal way.
